It’s important to remember that the anxiety your feeling about performing is very normal and not lasting long enough is very normal and common place. Up to 70% of men have this issue to deal with and there’s nothing wrong with having it.

2) You’re not super human

Allot of men with problems  with not lasting long enough seem to want to be like the super human they see in the porno Filmes. The thing to remember here is that these Filmes are made and edited to look like the men are lasting forever and these guys have a ton of practise in lasting during sex.

3) Did I say Practise?

My god I believe I did. The only way we really learn anything is by emersion and if you want to get over performance anxiety surrounding a not lasting long enough problem you need to keep having sex and practise lasting longer. It will take time but you will get there.

4) Let the anxiety be there

When we resist anything in life it tends to get stronger and bigger in our eyes. It’s understandable to have the fear of Cumming to quickly but try seeing that fear as something separate to yourself, maybe a part of you that’s always trying to get things perfect or something.
